Psychotherapy counselling in English

About me

In 2025 I completed a comprehensive training in person-centred psychotherapy and counselling according to C. R. Rogers, organised by PCA Institut Praha. The training programme is certified by the Czech Association for Psychotherapy (ČAP) and is in accordance with the standards of the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP). I work under supervision.

Although I am a Czech native, I provide counselling in English regularly and speak the language fluently.

How I work

I accompany you along a path where you untangle your own dilemmas, relationships, and conflicts. I listen, and sometimes I point out something you may have overlooked — sometimes I suggest a more challenging route. It won't always be easy, but you will learn to handle difficulties, improve your ability to find your own way, and build trust in yourself.

I use the Person-Centred Approach developed by Carl R. Rogers.

• One session lasts 50 minutes.
• In person or via video call.
• Address: Hrnčířská 64/4, Ústí nad Labem. The online meeting link is sent after booking.
• I prefer clients who attend regularly — 2× or 4× per month.

Fees and conditions

Therapy is paid by the client; it is not covered by health insurance.

If you do not attend or cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the session must be paid in full. In the case of illness or another unexpected event, an in-person session can be switched to online.
